Dear: Country Vacations
* At the onset I wish to profusely thank and complement the department for arranging our
stay at the captioned resort at a short notice. We had planned to celebrate our Marriage
Anniversary falling on 15th May. Hence our stay was for 2N/3D. Originally we had booked
for 1N/2D but lined the resort so much we had requested and allowed an extension by one
day. Hence our check in was on 15/05/2016 and check out was on 17/05/2016 morning.
* We liked the resort immediately as we entered the campus. It was about 40 minutes car
drive from our residence. Reception was cordial and room was allotted as per o.ur request
without any fuss.
* The room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. However, an electric kettle
with complementary tea/coffee bags with accessories would have been much appreciated.
This facility was available at Kodaikanal resort and Hotel Zen in Chennai.
* The place is surrounded by greenery. Pond and waterdody were available. Tranquillity was
supreme. Dinning room was decorative, clean and cosy. Food was deliciously prepared.
However, most of the items mentioned in the menu card was not available. Cook is sick was
the reply.
* Now my most attractive part of the resort was the swimming pool. My wife could not swim as
the resort did not have ladies swimming suit for hire.
* We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon next time with an electric kettle and ladies swimming suit
