We would like to appreciate your support(and to put on record as well) to get us booking in your Munnar(Kerala) property on very short notice and getting all arrangements made over there.
We have stayed in The Country Club The Edge for 2 nights starting from 29th Oct 2013. Hotel has extended us warm welcome although we checked in late in night. They have already blocked room for us on my request on phone. However, after reaching there I again requested them to upgrade my room so that my family(4 members) can stay comfortably. To my surprise, they immediately allotted bigger room with huge terrace.
All hotel staffs were soft spoken and always ready to provide us wonderful experience. Although restaurant in hotel is not that big, but food and service was fantastic and reasonable too. We loved food over there. This hotel is located in very calm surroundings in a valley. Climate was fantastic over there and we enjoyed a every bit of our stay. I have attached 1 photo to show how was climate and surroundings over there.
