Dear Sir /Madam,
We are please to give our feedback on our stay in Amrutha Castle (Hyderabad) during 19th May to 28th May-2016. Our feed back is as under:
Good Points are :
(1) The hotel looks good from outside and as well as in inside too,
interior, exterior, accommodation is also good.
(2) Rooms are well managed by house keeping department and house keeping is
also good, very well behaving.
(3) Reception person and Restaurent Person and his staff was also very good
and their behaviour was very good and co-operative.
(4) Swimming pool is good, clean, and also the gymnesium is in very good
condition we enjoyed bathing and excercise there.
(5) Food is very good.
Overall the total experience at the Hotel and by the Country Club is extremely good. Rated as 07 out of 10.
They were very co-operative, well mannered, office will also well maintained looking and feeling nice.
