Fabulous Vacation at The Pink City ! The Lords Palaza -Jaipur

Hi Country Vacations ,

Through this letter of mine I wish to convey my thanks for organising our wonderful stay at Hotel Lords Plaza on our visit to Pink City, Jaipur. Our stay at Hotel Lords Plaza was comfortable and we enjoyed their services. As the hotel was located in the centre of the city, it was convenient to visit the various places like Birla Temple, Hawa Mahal, CityPalace, Albert Museum. The interiors and exteriors of the hotel were indeed praiseworthy.

Though the room allocated to us was not spacious but it was well furnished. The ambience and food quality of the restaurant namely Blue Coriander was good. The staff were hospitable and they were all at our beck and call.

The only matter of concern was that initially, we were informed that we can avail ourselves of food package of Rs.200/- per person per meal and were not referred about any extra charge of child. We were charged bill of Rs.922/- on first 2 days for 2 meals in a day including taxes. But on 3rd day, extra charge of Rs.350/- was added as Child Breakfast and that too without informing us. When we asked for the explanation, the staff were unable to satisfy us. This feedback was also given to the hotel management at the time of departure. Copy of bill is enclosed for your reference.

Secondly the hotel staff seemed to be unaware of the menu to be put across in this package. This was evident as during our 3 days stay at the hotel, each day the menu was served according to the whims and fancy of the staff.

Overall it was a good trip and we look forward to such more trips.

We are happy to be a member of Country Vacations & Country Club!!!

Thanks and Regards,
