This has reference to your mail dated 9th April regarding my feed back for the trip you organized for us at Shimla and Manali.
My wife and I had a trip to Shimla and Manali during last September 2015. I am thankful to you for making necessary reservations at your hotels. “Wingait” in Shimla and “Neelkant” in Manali were comfortable places to stay, slightly outside the main hub- calm and quiet. What impressed us most was the sweet behaviour of the hotel staff. They were extremely courteous and respectful to old people like me and my wife. The front desk staff member at Wingait was helpful in arranging a taxi for us which we kept throughout the trip.(of course at our own cost) .. We were informed that Country club has arrangement with the hotels to provide such accommodations. In view of the large amount of the investment made by us, I would like Country club to consider my request to provide higher category rooms with basic facilities like tea maker,
