I don’t have any objection in publishing my feedback enclosed in this letter in any of your publications.
First of all I would like to thank your reservations team for having acted fast in fulfilling the requirements of the customers. Marvellous job and hats off to them particularly Ms. Kothai and Ms. Rohini.
Well regarding my feedback about my stay at Bangalore (Sarjapur Road) from 6th October to 12th October, was really great.
a) The location of the resort is very convenient and easily approachable as it is on the outer ring road itself.
b) The rooms are designed so tastefully to create an atmosphere that we at home.
c) Rooms are provided with all basic and also all luxurious requirements like fridge, central air conditioning, water heater, big TV with all channels, balcony, dressing room and wash area etc.
d) For Catering, I would like record my personal appreciation, as it was too good. We enjoyed the food.
e) The room service was very prompt and the food was available till 10.30 p.m.
f) The Reception Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
g) The garden and roof top are maintained artistically with care and concern.
My overall experience about the Resort was very much satisfying and if I am asked to rate it, I will rate it as the best.
